Do I already have a username?
Even if you have not visited our site since before the introduction
of our new technology and registration systems, you still may
already have a username and password.
If you have ever registered with Elderhostel before, either to receive
catalogs, or to attend a program, you have been assigned a Student
ID number and a PIN. These were used for hosteler identification
under our old technology system.
Now that we have launched our new systems, we are offering users
the opportunity to create their own usernames and passwords for
identification and registration purposes. However, to make the transition
easier for our returning users, we have automatically created accounts
for all hostelers and catalog recipients where the username is the
Student ID number or their email address and the password is the
PIN. Once you log in, you can change your username and/or password
to whatever you wish.
If you believe you have a Student ID and PIN, but are unsure of
what they are, click
here to learn where to find it on printed catalogs and registration
materials. You can also ask an Elderhostel Registration agent at
1-800-454-5768, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time.
